​What Does a Home Watch Service Do? Provides a comprehensive check of the exterior and interior of the home.

Items Checked on the Exterior:

Walk the property and grounds, checking roof, gutters, exterior finishes, doors, windows, lighting, A/C unit, generator, fences, mailbox, pool/spa, drainage, pests, vandalism, outbuildings, snow when applicable, and more
Items Checked on the Interior:

Windows, doors, vandalism, pests, signs of moisture and/or mold, walls/ceilings/floors, water leaks, smoke/fire/CO2 detectors, temperature and humidity (thermostat settings), appliances, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC filters, security system

Trained to spot problems that a neighbor or family member may not see. Ability to stop the issue before it becomes a disaster.
Home owner's insurance may not cover claims or charge higher premiums if you are away from your home for more than a few days without anyone checking on the property.

Electronic reports with pictures and notes are emailed to the homeowner after each visit.
